The expertise behind our program is our staff whose diverse backgrounds include nursing, medicine, demand management/utilization, and computer technology.
Nurse Response began operations in 1995 as a telehealth call center. Nurse Response provides effective clinical triage services for academic institutions, physicians, hospitals, and managed care organizations. Nurse Response also provides outbound calling services.
Experienced Team
Without the advantage of face-to-face interaction, our nurses must rely on their communication skills and knowledge of disease processes in order to ascertain an accurate understanding of the client’s symptoms.
Although our medical algorithms guide the triage nurse, Nurse Response employs only those nurses who are experienced, compassionate and have proven analytical ability.
Customer service representatives, our non-clinical staff, are trained to quickly and efficiently gather the information needed to allow nurses to give their full attention to the clinical needs of the call.
Our multilingual team at Nurse Response is comprised of triage nurses and nurse practitioners, each with an average of 15 years of clinical experience. We also actively recruit nurses who have Nurse Triage Certification and who have previous college health experience. All Nurse Response nurses maintain compliance with American Association of Ambulatory Care Nurses (AAACN) tele-health nursing standards.
Medical Advisory Board representing Pediatric, Adult, Women’s Health and College Health. Bilingual English/Spanish nurse and intake staff with additional language capabilities provided upon request.
NurseWise® is the parent company of Nurse Response. Both have call centers located in El Paso, TX; Tempe, AZ; Fort Lauderdale, FL and St. Louis, MO.
