Kimberly D. Tuck, R.N.
Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Tuck joined NurseWise^®, parent company of Nurse Response, in January 2005 as Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to this position, Ms. Tuck worked for Outlook Associates, Inc. as Vice President of Health Plan Services, for Amerigroup as Associate Vice President of Managed Care Services New Markets and Development, and for HealthNet of California where she had statewide accountability for Product and Network Development for California Health Programs including Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, and the AIM program in partnership with the State of California. Ms. Tuck received a Nursing Degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and a Master’s Degree from Trinity College and University.

James R. Bonk, PhD, RN, CS
Vice President of Clinical Services

Dr. Bonk joined NurseWise in October 2004 as the Clinical Director, where his duties include the clinical oversight of call centers in El Paso, Texas, Phoenix/Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO. Dr. Bonk has more than 15 years as a dual professional with managerial experiences and duties in the area of managed care, including staff model clinics and regional service centers. He received his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Psychology and his Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Arizona.

Kristine K. Cusimano, RN
Vice President of Operations

Ms. Cusimano joined NurseWise in January 2006 as the Director of Quality Improvement. Prior to this role, Ms. Cusimano served in various roles within the managed care arena. With more than 10 years of service in the healthcare industry as a registered nurse, her experience consists of Medical Management/Utilization, Network Development/Contracting, Quality Improvement and Medical Review.
